Job Description Job Description Job Description Summary The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will support the Founder of Acctuate in its Advisory business, providing financial analysis, planning, M&A, and financing services to Acctuate’s clients. The position will implement proprietary processes while leading improvements against current workflows. The SFA will assist with the short-term and long-term financial needs of its clients such as budgeting, monthly reporting, financings, and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Support companies across a spectrum of strategic questions and issues, including benchmarking, relevant KPIs and strategy Managing and prioritizing competing needs from multiple clients simultaneously Developing and maintaining complex financial models Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research Preparing presentations and other materials for clients Playing a key role in supporting deal execution Performing extensive valuation, due diligence, and pricing analyses Advising clients on strategic and corporate finance alternatives Conducting budgeting and strategic planning Developing KPIs and reporting packages, covering finance, sales, and operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets to develop financial models Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in small teams Sincere interest in the applications of finance principles and methods for technology-based companies
