DCI Donor Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide delivery of HR services such as recruitment, payroll administration, and leave of absence management for our facilities in Tennessee, New Mexico, and California. We are looking for candidates who:

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Oversees the leave of absence process to include FMLA, military, and personal leave requests. Tracks requests and analyzes certifications to determine employee eligibility. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Serves as Workday HCM implementation partner.
Processes, reviews, and analyzes payroll data. Manages data entry of all job and salary changes. Compiles routine and ad-hoc reports. Audits benefit vendor invoices prior to expense payment.
Ensures submissions of quarterly wage filings. Leads preparation of W2s.
May provide employee relations support for internal investigations, employee coaching, and staff development.
Serves as the point-of-contact for department documentation administration through QPulse. Assists with drafting correspondence such as policy writing, employee memos, organizational communications.
May travel to DCIDS locations as appropriate.
Other related job duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following education and work experience qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 – 3 years in an HR Generalist position
Prior experience with high volume recruiting
PHR or SHRM-CP certifications
Proven advanced level abilities in the Microsoft Office Suite
