Website : https://santannaenergyservices.com Job Title : Inside Sales Representative Pay : Our Inside Sales Representatives earn a base pay which starts at $15.00 per hour along with commission and incentives. Provided sales goals are met, the following is the pay range for a full-time schedule: Expected Sales (18 a week) $360 (Weekly Sales Commission) Expected Renewals (18 a week) $360 (Weekly Renewal Commission) Minimum Earning Potential: $33,600 (Commission) 31,200 (Base) $64,800 Top Level Potential: $51,840 (Commissions) 31,200 (Base) $83,040 Work Environment : Remote call center - work from home. Business Hours : Call center is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT Monday - Friday; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT (Full-time employees scheduled for 40 hours per week, Part-time employees scheduled for up to 29 hours per week). Requirements to work from home : Must have home reliable internet (Upload and download Speed above 25 MBPS) Must have headset with mic Location : This is a completely remote position. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required to apply. Santanna does not sponsor applicants for work visas. Summary : The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager. This role is directly responsible for enrolling new customers, reaching out to our previous customers, calling all customers who are in the process of switching, and managing inbound and outbound calls. Individuals in this role are required to perform more effectively and profitably within systems they utilize, processes they follow and customer interactions they conduct coordinating with internal departments. The candidate will draw upon previous experience to assist in delivering results that coincide with organizational goals and initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities : Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their objectives. Master the art of asking strategic questions to uncover customer motivations, challenges, and potential objections. Use effective listening and communication strategies to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a personalized customer experience. Adapt sales strategies based on customer interactions and feedback to improve engagement and increase sales effectiveness. Coach and mentor peers in sales techniques and customer service skills to elevate team performance. Practice attentive and empathetic listening to fully comprehend customer inquiries and effectively address their needs. Foster a collaborative environment by recognizing and responding to the emotional states of both customers and team members to enhance communication and resolve conflicts. Qualifications : Proven experience in a sales or customer service role with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong ability to engage and persuade customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Experience in problem-solving and adapting sales strategies to meet customer needs. Capability to leverage customer insights to drive sales and improve product offerings. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to read and respond to verbal and non-verbal cues to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele. Proven capability to manage personal emotions as well as understand and react to the emotions of others in a professional and supportive manner.
