Job Description Job Description Summary The Outbound SDR is a high-energy, go-getter, who will proactively seek out current and new sales targets via phone, email, and social media. They will generate interest with existing customers for replacement or new sign opportunities, connect with prospects who are unfamiliar with Watchfire's services, and connect qualified prospects with our Outside Sales team. The Outbound SDR will regularly coordinate with Regional Territory Managers to pursue new prospects and hand off qualified leads to the local sales team. The Outbound SDR will report to the Sales Development Manager and be part of the Sales Development team. The Outbound SDR will always be on the lookout for new strategies, and they are encouraged to collaborate with their manager and teammates to reach individual and team performance goals. Responsibilities Comfort with B2B sales prospecting via phone and email Qualify leads using the SDR sales process to generate sales opportunities Consistently hit call, touch/activity count, and Marketing Qualified Lead goals weekly and quarterly Ability to become familiar with all Watchfire products Collaborate with assigned Regional Territory Managers on a consistent basis Consistently utilize technology platforms like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and others to keep up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective clients Required Qualifications/Skills: 1 – 2 years of sales experience or customer service Previous experience with Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools Experience with B2B prospecting Excellent active listening and communication skills Eagerness to learn and be coachable Team player Highly organized Required Education and Licensing Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or similar preferred Associate degree or sufficient, relevant experience considered Watchfire is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
