However, flexibility is required to be available during off hours and weekends to meet the needs of customers and inquiries. As our Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead and execute comprehensive plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence by building relationships with potential residents and their families, conducting tours, explaining services and amenities, negotiating contracts, and facilitating move-ins. You will manage all aspects of sales and marketing within the community to meet or exceed our standards, promoting our visibility and developing purposeful relationships with referral partners and the public. Your role will include maximizing in-house and external sales opportunities, public relations, and managing our CRM database and scheduler to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
