Job Description Job Description A fast growing CPA Firm in West Covina is looking into immediately add a few staff accountants to join our team. We provide a dynamic and fast-paced environment that delivers a broad experience to our staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Incorporates new entities in California as well as in other states Prepares Statement of Information and meeting minutes for clients Assists with auditing and review assignments Compiles and analyzes financial information Prepares individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns Prepares 1099-MISC, business licenses, and payroll returns Assists and performs other duties as assigned Company Description We are a comprehensive public accounting firm.
