Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Associate Product Manager work closely with senior product managers to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and support product planning and execution. Their responsibilities include assisting with product roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product metrics. Essential skills for APMs include strong communication, analytical abilities, technical aptitude, and business acumen. This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters for Wanzl North America (WNA) in Denver NC. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Gather and analyze data on competitor products, industry trends, and consumer behavior to provide valuable insights for product decision-making. Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams Help prioritize features and enhancements based on market research findings and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate product development efforts. Help manage project timelines, track progress, and allocate resources effectively. Assist in organizing and executing product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. Use metrics and data to support product development and improvement initiatives. Take ownership of customer portals and update accordingly with product and pricing information Address product related inquiries and questions from customers in accurate and timely manner Perform measuring and analyzing of product lines, performing data analytics with Excel, e.g. forecasting, trend analysis, inventory analysis, etc. Work with marketing to plan, develop and implement product marketing strategies Assist in conducting marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotions Assist in organizing product advertising, promotion and media activities Develop documentation of business processes, policies and priorities Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis and or marketing role Bachelor’s degree required Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Aptitude for gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
