We are currently looking to fill a Warehouse Associate (Retains) with a 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide. Our Warehouse Associates (Retains) play a key role of ensuring our manufacturing team has the samples they need in a timely manner. The Retains Team receives, documents, and handles the physical and electronic movement of material within the plant and from outside sources. As a Warehouse Associate (Retains), a typical day might include the following: Unloads trucks, lifts heavy items, and operates a forklift. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Maintains paper and/or electronic records of received goods. Transfers materials physically to various internal departments. Documents transfers in computerized systems. Prepares and maintains paper and electronic records of materials received. Confirms accuracy of inventory receipts per packing slip and internal documents. Performs transactions in our OPM and LIMS systems related to the receipt, storage, movement, transfer and shipment of materials and inventory. Assisting with cycle counting of inventory. Performing inventory adjustments to maintain accurate on-hand inventory balances. Assisting with the generation of labels for received inventory. Researching lot genealogy to determine when material is ready for disposal. Oversees and maintains appropriate procedures to ensure chain of custody for samples is maintained. Ensures high level of customer service to teams requesting samples. Examination, handling, storage, organization, and distribution of materials in inventory and to manufacturing. Participates in training of other new employees and prioritizes workloads every day. Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required regulatory standards, conforms to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Writes new and updates current SOPs as needed. This role might be for you if: Have the ability to think creatively, proactively and propose solutions with attention to detail. In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a high school diploma/GED and: Warehouse Associate I: 0-2 years experience Warehouse Associate II: 2 years experience Warehouse Associate III: 4 years experience Associates degree and/or warehouse experience preferred Experience in Inventory Management systems such as Oracle or LIMS are preferred. Experience in a cGMP environment is highly desirable. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role. Does this sound like you?
