Job Description Summary

The Management Department at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Entrepreneurship, effective Fall 2025. The rank of the appointment is open to assistant and associate professors. Salary is competitive.

We are looking for candidates with a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship or Strategy or a closely related discipline with a research focus and a teaching interest in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. Responsibilities include publishing high-quality scholarly research, teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and participating in other academic and professional activities. The faculty member hired for this position will be expected to be an enthusiastic participant in the Management Department, Bentley University, and the wider academic community.

Reflected in the balance of our teacher-scholar model, the position carries a five-course teaching load per academic year. Class sizes vary but are capped at 36 students.
