Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) seeks a trustworthy, organized, service-oriented Corporate Services Associate with excellent interpersonal and computer skills to join us in our Norman Office.

In this role, you will support the Americas Corporate Services team in facilities-related and administrative duties, providing office coverage, ensuring the office space is in good order, and prioritizing Corporate Service projects based in Norman, OK, on the OU Campus. You will partner with other Americas Corporate Services team members in setting and upholding office standards and firmwide projects and office coverage throughout the region.

This position requires scheduled core business hours, 8:00-5:00pm on a part-time basis, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of full-time.

We’ll trust you to

  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage projects and office related events.
  • Manage maintenance, contracts and scheduling coffee machines, HVAC, printers, etc.
  • Keep office organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Visitor management and reception – greeting and directing them appropriately.
  • Complete Corporate Services tasks associated with onboarding employees.
  • Partner with members of the Americas Corporate Services team on special projects and firmwide administrative oversight.
  • Assist in arranging video/audio conferencing and materials for meetings globally, including Townhalls, webinars, etc.
  • Act as office liaison for facilities and property management and external vendors for office operations.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, and Office Head in supporting the office and local colleagues.

Our dream candidate is/has

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting mid to large size office, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Service-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Familiar with SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Travel & Expense platform.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive nature.
  • Levelheaded and positive demeanor.
