Job Description Job Description Retail IT Engineer – Infrastructure–Type2 & 3 · Understanding of Enterprise Network and Windows Infrastructure - Cisco and HP/Dell/IBM Server , PC · Understanding of the following network and windows Infra Technologies: Routing, switching & security of Enterprise network handling, and Windows OS AD/LDAP/WINS · Experience with client, mobile and IoT device management - RICOH Printer, Apple MAC/iPOD/iPAD, Airwatch/JAMF Mobile Device Management, Bomgar, RetailNext · Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams · Working with onsite techs for installation of PCs, Registers, Printers, and HVAC (installed and connected to the network) · Build positive business relationships and influence collaboratively across IT and the business · Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, sophisticated high visibility environment with multiple competing priorities, i.e. Experience work successfully in a highly matrixed work environment Company Description We provide Management Consulting, Information Technology Consulting, and Sourcing Advisory Services.
