HVAC Technician II - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description Control & Equipment is seeking to add to our HVAC team to take us above and beyond where our visions lie. We are currently searching for a HVAC Technician II to continue to grow our HVAC service business across Texas and New Mexico. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems thoroughly with minimal call-backs Ability to assist with install Communicate effectively and professionally with our customers Update notes, times and other pertinent information in the service dispatching software Run after-hours calls as required Collaborate with the team, manager and sales for customer recommendations Qualifications: Technical degree in HVAC systems preferred and 5 years’ experience in HVAC systems; candidates with a combination of education and directly related experience will also be considered. Must possess the EPA608 Universal license Must possess the R-410A Certification Willing to travel Ability to work in outside elements (weather) Must possess electrical knowledge and skills Ability to work independently or with a team Effective oral and written communication skills Demonstrate a great attitude and have a professional appearance Must be reliable and punctual Must possess a valid driver's license Will be required to pass a background check and drug test Physical Demands and Work Environment : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
