Must have a minimum of three years sales management and/or equivalent advisory experience. Job Description: Supervise 20-30 outside sales commission-based representatives. Duplicate all established Company training systems, policies and procedures. Public speaking skills are a plus. Our Managers presenting live and/or online to large groups. Accomplish performance driven sales objectives. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Recruiting, hiring, training, developing and managing a commission only sales force. Achieve established monthly closing rate and volume performance objectives. Ability to learn, duplicate, and train our new employees with our Company model.
