As a Startup Sales Leader for Gutter Lover, you would be required to canvass DOOR TO DOOR as you buildout your first office. Gutter Lover was founded after I realized what a huge hole there is in the industry, in the greater Charlotte and surrounding areas. My name is Cody, over the past few years I have been building startup door to door businesses in the Solar industry, and I am looking for a new challenge & a new industry to dominate. As I currently run multiple businesses, I am looking for the right someone to take this challenge head on, alongside myself, and TAKE OVER the gutter industry as Gutter Lover's first Sales Leader. As a Sales Leader, you will learn how to recruit, hire, train and develop entry level sales representatives to expand our footprint. You will then learn how to develop sales representatives into leaders, allowing you to continue your development as you capitalize on the growth of your team(s). You will learn how to effectively and efficiently lead and build multiple offices, maximizing your earning potential and your personal development. It wont be easy, it wont be overnight, and it wont come without many of challenges, obstacles and associated frustration, but nothing worthwhile ever is.
