Who Were Looking For -Reporting to the Director, PMO, MANSCAPED is in search of a Senior Program Manager, Go-to-Market, who will focus on supporting, organizing, and optimizing project requirements for product launches and campaign development workflows. This person excels in driving value and accountability, strategic problem-solving, and implementing initiatives that yield long-term business benefits. Partnership with internal teams across Creative, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product Development, Packaging, International, Operations, Technology, Retail, eCommerce, and Marketplaces will be essential. This role necessitates someone who is passionate about communication, eager to comprehend business objectives, and capable of recognizing how program management can support both aspects effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Champion strategic initiatives that drive business opportunities forward to focus on strategic problem solving and strike the right balance of processes and performance
  • Facilitate discussions to address risks, dependencies, and blockers while maintaining focus on larger goals
  • Optimize time management by planning and scaling scopes and workflows for maximum business value
  • Take ownership and lead the pre-scope milestone for a critical quantity of product launches within the go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with creative project managers to schedule subsequent creative milestones
  • Oversee a portion of product launch positioning and naming, creative campaigns and digital design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. This includes scoping, requirements gathering, document approval, tracking, project plan creation, status reporting, risk resolution, resource allocation, and project completion. Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
  • Manage updates to go-to-market and retrospective templates for all workflows not directly managed by program management. Maintain and onboard impacted teams onto the program management platform
  • Prioritize and enhance the product launch development workflow by introducing innovative ideas to save costs or time as well as implementing process improvements and optimizations
  • Coordinate launch go-live communication for go to market projects, including pre- and post-go-live check-ins
  • Lead communication efforts through bi-weekly Go-to-Market email updates
  • Conduct retrospectives for go-to-market projects as required
  • Provide support in gathering product launch campaign prerequisites, obtaining approvals, and updating project statuses
  • Maintain tight documentation, including scheduling, managing and capturing notes for meetings and conversations that drive the work forward
  • Perform additional duties as necessary
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years project management experience with product launch deliverables
  • Quickly learn the aspects of the MANSCAPED business model, go to market and operational processes, and how they affect the business
  • Extraordinary communication skills in a variety of settings and formats, and with a range of audiences one on one, small, and large groups, peers, and leadership
  • Previous experience in project management tools (i.e., Asana); ability to learn and utilize new systems quickly
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, drive results and manage changing scope
  • Seek out opportunities to leverage available resources while maintaining responsibilities and meeting expectations
  • Experience in campaign, paid and social asset development processes
  • Understand both the vision and executional-level detail of business practices, industry trends and policies
  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence, but also able to work with teams from different departments/various levels
  • Logical thinker and excellent problem solver
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to navigate multiple cross-functional projects seamlessly, effectively, and accurately
  • Collaborative, resourceful, with an ability to learn quickly and adapt in an evolving atmosphere
  • International experience a plus!
Compensation Range
$110,000—$115,000 USD
