Job Description: As a Background Investigations Forms Specialist for our federal sector client, you will:   Review candidates’ federal background investigation forms for completion and accuracy Manage high volume of forms for active candidates within the client’s recruiting process Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employees Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Document and escalate issues within the background investigation documentation process to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings
