Overview

Under the supervision of the Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, this position will supervise administrative and program operations for both the AnBryce Scholars program within the Office of Student Affairs and provide support for key initiatives related to diversity and inclusion at the Law School.



Responsibilities

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years relevant experience in student services or higher education

Preferred Experience:
3+ years Experience in program administration in a higher educational context. Experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion (including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ethnicity, citizenship status, physical and psychological disability, socio-economic background, etc.) at higher education institutions or comparable organization.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organization, planning and communication skills. Strong client relations, problem-solving and analytical skills. Project management, event planning and budget management ability. Strong detail-orientation. Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality work product. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Research skills.



Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000.00 to USD $95,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
