The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing clients, answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, occasionally writing new business, and helping manage the office. A 4-40 Insurance License is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: Client Service: Provide exceptional service to existing clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Phone and In-Person Support: Answer incoming calls and respond to client needs efficiently and courteously. Assist walk-in clients with their insurance-related questions and service requests. New Business Development: Occasionally assist in writing new business, including preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients. Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities. Office Management: Help manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Qualifications: 4-40 Insurance License is mandatory. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Preferred Skills: Experience with insurance software and CRM systems. Knowledge of insurance products and services. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure. Working Conditions: Full-time position, with regular office hours from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
