Product Management Expert - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description A leading Consumer Products company, is expanding their marketing organization This is a role for a Product Expert/Category Management type person focused on the Specialty Retail, Department Store, and Infomercial channels. You will be responsible for the launch and product line management of several categories for the company in the U.S. Responsibilities include: Experience with all aspects of Product Life Cycle and New Product Development Perform continuous trend and market research analysis Create and execute brand strategy and marketing plans Lead ground up product ideation, development, and execution to market Serve as the business insight expert to key external and internal customers/overseas contacts Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing 2 years of proven experience launching profitable product roll-outs 2-6 years experience working with home, food or fashion products Exceptional leadership capabilities with cross functional teams Superior presentation and communication skills Ability to travel up to 15% Understanding of principles of the Product Development process, and Project Management Comprehensive knowledge of retail consumer trends in a housewares or related category Ability to conduct research projects and studies Company provides competitive salary $75- 90K DOE, and up to 20% bonus, full benefits and immediate opportunity to qualified local candidates.
