For Earth For Life This position will support our Northern Division dealerships and focus on the territory of Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Boston and Philadelphia. BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Promote and support the sale of Kubota Turf Equipment by providing product and competitive sales information to dealer network and personnel within assigned division to maximize their potential for success and increase Company sales. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines: Communicate assigned information for training to impart product knowledge, industry trends, and other competitive information to dealer and division sales personnel to maximize their potential for success. Support and attend trade shows, sales meetings, and dealer meetings to promote assigned product line by being the face of the product. This includes demonstrations, classroom trainings, presentations, and interviews with various media publications. Work with Regional Sales Managers to recruit, build, and maintain an industry leading [Product] dealer network. Assist in gathering target acquisition customers in collaboration with Dealer management and sales personnel, track and report (bi-weekly) on each acquisition target's lead identification for conversion process. Assist in planning and support assigned Dealer events (open house etc.) by developing specific promotion programs. Communicate assigned information and data to the Sr. Field Operations Manager with insight and details on competitor's strengths and weaknesses. Assist Product Marketing with plans on support needed to combat specific competitors in certain regions. Allocate equipment to Turf Equipment dealers within assigned division, to ensure adequate inventory commensurate with sales demand. Support product surveys for planned surveys working through the guidance of the Product Manager and KBT. Surveying will include customers and dealers for product requirements and market trends working with Product Development teams and Sales Divisions. Provide accurate data regarding health of product and issues that dealers and customers are experiencing. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School Diploma required. 2 years of experience in heavy equipment industry Broad knowledge and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to operate equipment within Turf Equipment line and/or willingness to learn. Ability to learn and use Microsoft & Google Suite 70% travel PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typical office environment. Office equipment including computer, copier, phone, printer. Operation of Excavators, wheel loaders, industrial and agricultural tractors, and other agricultural and construction equipment.
