We provide comprehensive IT support and services to businesses, ensuring their technology infrastructure is robust and reliable. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tier 2 Computer Support Engineer / Helpdesk support who is also willing to perform onsite visits as a Field Service Technician. Responsibilities: As a Tier 2 Computer Support Engineer, you will provide advanced support to end-users of Windows and Windows networks. This role involves but is not limited to: Supporting businesses using Windows Server 2012-2019, Windows 10/11, Mac OS X, and Exchange 2013-2019. Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure AD Google Workspaces Support, troubleshoot 3rd party software including: Adobe products, DropBox, OneDrive, Amazon Work Docs Resolving issues related to peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and e-fax, and VOIP phone systems Performing migrations of on-premises workloads to cloud-hosted environments. Providing support for Cisco ASA, Fortigate, and SonicWALL firewalls. Supporting wireless infrastructure. Configuring and troubleshooting network switches, including VLAN and QoS. Monitoring and troubleshooting BackupExec, Veeam, and other cloud-hosted backup solutions. Monitoring and updating commercial antivirus solutions. Troubleshooting and implementing LAN/WAN connectivity and supporting end-user remote connectivity. Providing application support for technologies specific to customer businesses. Analyzing end-user needs and developing solutions to customer challenges. Recommending hardware and software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency. Documenting customer operating environments and procedures. Performing routine software maintenance and upgrades. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Networking, System Administration, Security, Cloud, M365 and Modern Desktop, Visualization and Storage, are highly preferred. Networking certifications may include or similar to: CCNA, CompTIA Network, and CCNP, System Administration and Cloud Certifications may include or similar to: Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect, and CompTIA Cloud Security Certifications may include or similar to: CompTIA Security, CISSP, and CEH, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace Certification may include or similar to: VCP, CompTIA Storage A bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred but not required. Extensive Windows support experience. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Deadline and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. Must have a valid driver's license for onsite visits. Compensation and Benefits: $55K - $65K Salary depending on experience Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO. Medical and Dental Insurance: Company-provided.
