Job Description Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect equipment before starting the shift or a job Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Review work order instructions Log into and out of barcode system for every order May run manual machines Inspect each part using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, head gauges, etc) This list is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Be willing to move and be trained amongst all machines as workload demands Ability to read blueprints is preferred Perform basic shop math Experience Previous shop experience preferred physical requirements Physical Effort: Work requires standing, stooping, bending and reaching, ability to lift handle and carry trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
