This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all cycle counts. This position will also perform inventory adjustments that will include research and reporting of issues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform cycle counts of the entire facility in 30 calendar days. Cycle count all category counts daily. These are zero slots, full slots, and missing inventory verification. Research all variances. Monitor, verify, and correct any date recording issues. Run reports and communicate with Day and Night Warehouse Managers. Ensure that breakage/recoup is being recorded correctly. Work with the Driver Check In person to ensure product is getting put away correctly. Ensure product is set up correctly by: running the unslotted items report, verifying slots on hold, verify for duplicate pallets record, and confirm dimensions (T x H, dimensions, and weight). Respond to inquires from sales and other facilities regarding inventoried product. Job Requirements High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer working knowledge of warehousing, pallet building, and inventory procedures. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills. Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills. Ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Required that all individuals have complete visual ability to minimize personal and property damage.
