AUO Display Plus picks up the baton from AUO, leveraging 20 years of experience to provide a comprehensive range of products to customers worldwide. Headquartered in the Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, the Company operates global offices in Mainland China, Japan, the United States and Europe. AUO Display Plus America is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our growing US team. The successful candidate will need experience in financial and accounting transactions and a desire to grow within this role. This position will work out of our Burlington, MA office and is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities: Maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Confer with company officials about financial and regulatory matters. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements, with our external tax advisors. Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports as needed. Other office administration duties as assigned. Requirements: Requirements 5 - 8 years of progressive accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in related field, accounting or finance preferred or equivalent. Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. Comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Experience with using Oracle ERP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing formulas, functions, and data manipulation. Ability to maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information. AUO Display Plus offers a competitive benefits package.
