Job Description Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging and relevant product designs and informational pieces. Test development samples for quality and performance and record results. Ensure product, formula, and packaging meet/exceed customer requirements. Verify products compliance with domestic and international regulations (as required). Team collaboration: Enhance/refine branding and marketing, meets target customer segment desires. Improve product education. Business development and product expansion opportunities. Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets. Preferred Experience: Cosmetology Formulation or packaging development Brand or supply chain Cross-functional leadership/project management Ability to thrive in an cross functional role, work independently and collaboratively, self–prioritize business tasks with minimal supervision.
