We are seeking a creative, collaborative and highly organized Project Manager to join our PMO team in St. Louis Park. The Project Manager will facilitate the execution of projects on time and within agreed upon scope while maintaining focus on organizational strategic priorities. The Project Manager will contribute to Bridgewater's long-term goals by creating, managing, and implementing strategic solutions and adopting a Bridgewater Banks methodology for managing projects and entrepreneurial spirit. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Bridgewater Bank with accomplishing projects in ways that save time, save money, manage scope & quality while driving us forward in executing our strategic objectives Maintain relationships at all levels to foster the greatest degree of influence as needed to facilitate cooperation and effective project execution Keep a flexible mindset and engage in supporting the Bridgewater Bank PM methodology while providing input to enhance it as the organization and processes continue to mature Manage and maintain strong, productive relationships with vendors to ensure project success Work with the PMO Manager and key staff to determine resource capacity and forecast resource need for prioritized project Facilitate team meetings, brainstorm sessions as appropriate to accomplish key project deliverables such as requirements and project schedules Communicate consistently and effectively with Project Sponsors and project teams Recommend ways to leverage technology for effective management of a project portfolio/program such that the overall assigned portfolio/program delivers the benefit expected by the business Weave organizational strategy into project work to foster a clear sense of purpose in team members Facilitate, negotiate, identify risks, and lead implementation of assigned projects, ensuring operational readiness Responsible for creating, managing, and updating project plans for small to large projects Serves as a liaison and builds relationships with key project stakeholders among different groups within and outside of the bank Advocate for clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation process, ensuring their operational needs are met Host regular status update meetings with team members and stakeholder representatives Project work may include technical integrations with vendors QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, finance or equivalent experience 2 years' experience in project management Experience managing multiple projects/priorities Strong relationship skills and focus on client experience Solid knowledge of financial services/ banking industry Ability to work with all levels of employees Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conveying requirements PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES: Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with an understanding of operational readiness Ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to find creative ways to influence other to accomplish objectives in a timely manner Must be able to work in a cross functional team to provide the best solution Outstanding collaboration and team building skills Strong written and verbal communication sills Excellent analytic, organization and time management skills.
