Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Platform team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our loan servicing and origination products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in fintech being a plus and mortgage industry experience being an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and innovation. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements. Define and prioritize product features, create detailed product specifications, and manage the product roadmap. Evangelize our products across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and drive adoption. Balance multiple tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a technical background. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus. Experience in the mortgage industry is a significant advantage. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects to completion. Scrappy, resourceful, and able to find innovative solutions to challenges. Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies is required. Experience with Azure DevOps and Figma is a plus.
