Air Operations Squadron - Technical Controller - Military veterans preferred

BlueForce Inc. is seeking for a Technical Controller for the Air Operations Squadron in support of the USAF Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Langley AFB, Hampton, VA. If you have the technical expertise to ensure that military aircrew safely execute worldwide aircraft movement/air refueling missions, then this position is for you. The Technical Controller will be responsible of supporting mission execution, Air Operations Squadron and reporting and administration of Mission Control Center. Duties and Responsibilities Schedule personnel for continuous manning of the MCC. Responsible of arming and de-arming the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) within the AOS section Develop a comprehensive training program that encompasses all aspects of government provided training objectives. Liaise with government personnel. Coordinate delivery of all assigned aircraft. Track the safe and timely delivery of aircraft. Prepare, track, and maintain records on all missions. Compile, edit and transmit mission reports detailing aircraft delivery flight activity. Respond to requests for mission data, and data entry into the AIDS. Complete the AOS closing checklist as required. Maintain a "on-call" status and be able to respond to a "recall" Qualifications Possess a Secret clearance. At least 5 years of military experience flying operations administration, base operations, Air Operations Center, rated management or related operations to perform support functions for at least 67% of the schedule time. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Possess prior command and control experience is desired.
