Job Description Position Title: Senior Records Manager Reports To: Customer and Program Manager Clearance Type: Active Secret Work Location: Quantico, VA /National Capital Region (some telework is anticipated) Job Description: Advantage SCI is seeking a highly qualified Senior Records Manager to support criminal history record information and law enforcement support programs. The position will support government collection, retention, research, and deletion of official records contained in the government's case management system and in the records management system in accordance with local procedure and applicable government systems/tables. Some travel may be required. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Processing FOIA requests Receiving, tracking, up/downloading and converting to digital media criminal and non-criminal reports, narratives, biometric collections, interviews, citations, and other law enforcement data Maintaining oversight retention schedules and tables to include reviewing, updating, and policy guidance for short and long-term storage. Converting paper records to digital media and digital media to other digital file types Managing archival storage, retrieval, and destruction of digital criminal case files Preparing, integrating, and monitoring records for long-term storage in government owned physical or digital archive locations Receive, sort, inventory, scan, upload, download, and prepare for long term storage various forms of law enforcements media Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Experience and Skills Minimum of 6 years relevant and specialized experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in converting, managing, retaining, and destroying official records. Experience creating agency policy for the retention and storage of official records. Experience in using AFRIMS as well as tracking and retrieving records from NARA. Experience in accurately completing Freedom of Information Act requests. Working Conditions: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
