Responsibilities Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, media and lab products.• Maintain detailed records of service visits including solutions provided, client feedback, and track competitor activities.• Provide technical assistance and training to clients on the proper use of products.• Understand technical information and specifications to support sales and clients.• Assist in development and customization of applications to meet specific client requirements.• Give feedback from clients to engineering and product development teams for continuous improvement.• Collect media samples from end user sites on a scheduled quarterly basis as per standard guidelines for aftermarket requirements.• Track equipment installations in India and support commercial team for Clean Air Services.• Track lab report submissions to ensure reports are provided on time.• Work closely with sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.• Prepare monthly visit plans and funnel pipeline updates via CRM - SalesForce • Other duties that are in the scope of title may be assigned as needed. Passionate about making the world safer, healthier, and more productive and about preserving an entrepreneurial culture and operating model.• A highly motivated professional with a bias for action and an entrepreneurial orientation, with a willingness to learn fast and provide impeccable service experience to the end users• Job role requires minimum 50% mobility, travelling to the different parts of the assigned territories.• Past accomplishments of bringing AMC contract success.• Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tool preferred.• A proven track record of driving results in an individual contributor role• Collaborates and easily gets along in team-based environments.• Proficiency in verbal & written Communication in English, proficiency in territorial language is a plus.• Sound understanding of service environments, customer behavior, service tools along with strong relationship building skills.• Super comfortable in making hands dirty and working under physically harsh environments.• Demonstrates a quick learning attitude of deep technology with a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.• 3-5 year's experience as Field Application Technician or gas phase filtration preferred.• Job location: New Delhi/Mumbai Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions as a Field Application Technician.
