They interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, fax, and email and are vital to the success of our company. Our representatives are expert order takers, problem solvers, and excellent communicators who are able to empathize with a customer's situation and quickly determine their needs and provide resolution. Navigating through multiple systems and resources, representatives provide solutions that focus on exceeding the expectations of customers. Hilco Vision is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team The successful candidate will provide outstanding service to our customers ranging from placing orders to assisting with questions and concerns that may arise. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Minimum three years of customer service experience required. Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing contact center environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Bilingual (French or Spanish) a plus. Responsibilities: Answer an average of 70 calls per day. Enter orders via phone, fax or email. Issue call dispositions. Issue RMA's for return of product. Trace shipments to customers. Process back order reports for major distributors. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions Support the Inside Sales department. Assist with and/or manage specialized or high-profile projects or accounts. Additional duties as requested.
