We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and become an integral part of our dynamic organization. Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our company's distributors. Acting as the primary interface for various stakeholders, including distributors, end-users, external and internal sales reps, and vendors, you will ensure exceptional customer experience through effective communication and support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all companies stakeholders, guiding each interaction towards resolution or further action as necessary. Educate customers about product features and benefits to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Prepare specialized reports as per customer requirements. Facilitate freight quote requests and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery. Maintain customer records and update account information using Salesforce and SAGE. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Resolve product or service issues promptly and effectively. Assist in filing freight claims for damaged or lost shipments. Conduct in-person trainings to maintain technical knowledge of products. Maintain detailed logs of communications using Salesforce. Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong commitment to core values, including customer service excellence and teamwork. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, and Salesforce applications.
