Job Description Job Description A fabrication company in the Milwaukee area needs a Product Manager. This person is responsible for managing the architectural product & service portfolio along with defining, developing, and launching products and services that customers value, are differentiated from competitive offerings, and meet the organization’s vision and strategy, Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develops and supports the annual marketing plan and growth roadmap for assigned product categories Gather customer, market, industry, and product data to understand and drive market share gains. Define and execute market research to determine customer needs and desires. Through the VOC, gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. Manage the product and service lifecycle from ideation to rationalization. Recommend future product & service lines by defining specifications and requirements; and appraising ideas and/or product, packaging, and/or service changes Analyze proposed product & service requirements, and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analyses; establish project plan schedules with engineering and manufacturing. Assess market competition by benchmarking Wagner's products to competitive products. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on product vision and promotion execution.
