Job Summary
This position provides administrative support to the A&S Advising team, provides office management, and is the face of the unit for stakeholders engaging with the unit. Administrative duties include communication with students, faculty, and staff on behalf of the Advising Center and maintenance of student records, request, petitions, and degree changes. This includes but is not limited to—

• Student advisor assignments and changes, including incoming freshman advisor assignments and advisor changes for faculty-advised students as well as assignments through the Online Major Change system.
• Management of the Online Major Change system for student changes to majors, minors, and certificates.
• College of Arts & Sciences forms (A&S Advising Forms inbox), requests, and petitions management and facilitation between students, advisors, staff, and faculty.
