Dining Room Manager- Fine Dining - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a High-End, Fine-Dining Restaurant in downtown Indy. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, enjoy interacting with guests to help elevate the dining experience and work at creating a position staff culture every day, then you may be a great candidate for this position You will assist the General Manager with the day-to-day FOH operations of the restaurant and help build sales through guest service. Starting Salary $68K-$75K a year Bonus Great work/life balance and benefits Closed on Sunday Closed Holidays 45-50 Hours a week Dinner Shift Only The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Full-Service, Fine-Dining or Polished Casual Restaurant Managment experience. We are looking for a hands-on leader that enjoys working with the staff to elevate the guest experience and create memorable experiences. Steakhouse experience, and a strong knowledge of wines is a plus 100% Confidential Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations Coordinate BOH and FOH execution Ensure that the highest standards of service and food execution are maintained Assist in the development of other members of management team Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests Qualifications: Previous experience in restaurants with at least 3 years of experience in the high-end restaurant niche Knowledge of cost and labor systems and enjoys teaching others Passion for service and can help add to the culture in the restaurant Strong leadership qualities including coaching and developing others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Since 1998, ResourceOne and its Recruiters have been leaders in the recruiting industry.
