As a key leader, you will manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure project success. Responsibilities include coordinating project efforts, strategic planning, client liaison, estimating scopes of work, and overseeing less experienced team members. Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams from concept to construction. Provide design direction and maintain high standards of quality and innovation. Mentor and develop junior staff. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Review and approve project deliverables. Participate in business development efforts. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution, required. Minimum eight years of experience; licensure. Experience in Healthcare/Behavioral Health market sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to mentoring junior staff. Passion for architecture, design innovation, and sustainability.
