Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
1. Source/Recruit qualified candidates through all of our available tools and platforms: Help them find the right job, facility and location for them.
2. Build & develop long term relationships with Healthcare Professionals.
3. Represent the OneStaff family's high-standards outwardly to all of our partners and potential travelers.
4. At least one (1) year experience in Sales, Account Management, Service Industry or similar experience in a relationship-building role.
5. The personality to come in, be positive and hustle daily with 110% effort. We work smarter so we can play harder here.
6. Super-human PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
7. Candidates must be able to work well in a team environment but thrive independently.
8. Motivated, self-started, energetic and a positive attitude A MUST.
