Title: Project Manager Location: Independence, MO Salary: $99,500 - $129,500 Schedule: 9/80 schedule Relocation Available Focus: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget by acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Project Manager Essential Job Functions: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right team members are assigned to tasks, and manage budgets to keep projects within financial constraints. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring projects stay on track despite challenges. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Project Manager Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years recent relevant experience in a project manager role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
