Licensed Therapist - Military veterans preferred

Job Description Job Description Mpower Wellness is looking for an empathetic and passionate licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy for clients with a range of mental health diagnosis in an outpatient setting. Applicant will provide services in person at our Exton office, with the option of using telehealth to ease care access for our clients. This is a salaried position and not hourly or pay per service. We provide all clients and there are no marketing or client searches needed. Hours will primarily be 12p- 830 with some flexibility with start times and Friday's. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate psycho-education groups Maintain and complete documentation in appropriate timelines (i.e. group/individual notes/discharge summaries, treatment plans) Maintain client attendance and participation records Maintain communication with the supervisor and treatment team Assist in aftercare and relapse preventative plans Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES Applicants must have a current clinical license in good standing (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT) Effective group/individual therapy skills Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills Knowledge of confidentiality ethics. Ability to work with computers, Microsoft suite, and electronic medical record software.
