For over 30 years, the Company has built its reputation through innovative product development technologies, proprietary manufacturing, and distinct niche marketing Essential Job Functions: Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Drive the duty drawback process Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV Generate ASNs for material receipt Item Set up Vendor set up in AREV / OI Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task Provides internal and external department support Maintain monthly purchase order files Validate invoices Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary Performs related / additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: 1 year of related work experience The ability to work a full-time / part-time schedule Skills and Abilities: Strong product knowledge Good mathematical and analysis skills Demonstrated customer service orientation Accurate and professional written and verbal communication Strong organizational and planning skills Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MAS, Sage 100 computer systems Education: Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education Shoes For Crews is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
